<Being-a tool of pleasure> ; my wife's feet
My wife with bad case of athlete's foot orders around her daughters to scratch her feet. When she catches the kids back from school or even during they are in the middle of preparing for important exams, my wife commands the two daughters of hers to scratch her feet like a tyrant. She lies down with full relaxation and softly closes her eyes.

The other day, I urged her to receive a proper treatment for the feet and she striked back, why on earth would she get a treatment when she can enjoy such relaxation and pleasure. For that pleasure, she has no intention of getting her athlete's foot treated and healed. Starting one day, the children willingly volunteered for fulfilling their mother's needs for such pleasure.

<Being-a nail> : my hand
I am trying to form a callus on my hand. It has been five years already. I have spurred almost every day to form callosity and worn away tens of instruments while doing it. During the process I managed to break numerous hand-torturing instruments and yet they only left only two or three calluses on my hand. I am aware it is an impious act but I wanted to imitate the nailed hands of Jesus(In Korean language, callus and nail are homonyms). I just wish I had the tiniest sincerity of keeping the instruments I have broken over those five years.

Since my mother-in-law has been working all her life, not only her skins but her hands themselves have thickened as if she had calluses on them, and are hardened and bent as if they were feet.

쾌락의 도구-되기
마누라의 발 ; 무좀 투성이 인 발을 갖게된 마누라는 틈만나면 아이들에게 발을 맡기고 긁으라고 명령한다. 학교에 다녀 온 아이들이 눈에 띄거나, 심지어 아무리 다급한 시험 때라도 마누라는 두 딸 아이에게 폭군처럼 발을 맡기고 긁도록 명령한다. 느긋이 누어서 발을 맡기고 스르르 눈을 감는다. 언젠가 내가, 왜 무좀 약을 써보지 않느냐고 다그친 적이 있을 때, 마누라 왈, 이런 쾌락을 즐길 수 있는데 치료는 무슨 치료냐고, 되받아친 적이 있다. 이런 맛을 위해서 자긴 무좀을 낫게 할 생각이 추호도 없다는 것이다. 언젠가 부터 아이들은 자진하여 자기 엄마의 쾌락을 위하는 길을 기꺼이 나서기 시작하게 되었다.

발-되기 ; 장모님의 손 ; 한 평생을 쉴 새 없이 일만 하신 장모님의 손은, 피부는 물론 그 손 바닥은 못이 박힌듯 두꺼워 졌고, 마치 발처럼 굳어지고 휘어져 가고 있다.

못-되기 ; 내 손 ; 나의 손에 못을 박기 시작한지가 오래다. 이런 못을 박는데 근 5년여의 세월을 보냈다. 거의 매일에 가까운 날들을 자극하였는데, 자극의 도구를 무려 수 십 개나 소비 하였다. 그 동안 손 작란의 기구들을 무수히 망가뜨리면서도 내 손에는 못이 두어개만 남겼을 뿐이다. 불경스레도 나는 예수님의 못박힌 손을 흉내내고 싶었다. 그 동안 내가 망가뜨린 도구들을 모아놓는 성의도 있었더라면, 하는 생각도 해본다.
